Level Upper IncidentsEdit

It is briefly seen in the 4th episode of the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime where Kiyama Harumi and Misaka Mikoto used one of the mall's restrooms, however Harumi accidentally embarasses Mikoto after implying that she was tsundere to a certain person, this results in Mikoto using her powers out of embarassment and causing a power outage in the mall.

It is later prominently featured in the height of the Graviton bombings. Mikoto, Uiharu Kazari and Saten Ruiko decided to go to a clothing botique in the mall to browse on various clothes, here Mikoto once again meets up with Kamijou Touma and a small girl she met previously, which she assumed was Touma's little sister after seeing them together, Touma denies this tells Mikoto that he is just showing her around the mall as the girl wanted to see some clothes.

The final Graviton bombing occurs in Seventh Mist.

Predictably Mikoto challenges Touma once again to another duel, which Touma comments that they are not able to do so here in the mall and later leaves. Kaitabi Hatsuya later gives a graviton bomb (disguised a frog doll) to the little girl who was separated from Touma, to Uiharu Kazari. However, Kazari receives a call from Shirai Kuroko who tells her that there has been a recent acceleration of gravitons(indicating an graviton explosion is going to occur) coincidentally in the clothing botique Kazari was in. Kazari, with the help of Mikoto safely evacuated the civilians from the mall. Meanwhile, Mikoto meets up with Touma once again who asks her if she has seen the little girl she was with, as they were separated. Mikoto and Touma the proceeded to find the girl in the mall. Kuroko calls Kazari once again, telling her the Graviton bomber's target is her, at that moment the little girl that was with Touma is heading for Kazari, trying to give her the doll that she was asked to give. Kazari realizes that it was a graviton bomb that was about to explode and threw it away, trying to cover the girl from the blast, at the same time as this both Mikoto and Touma arrive at the scene, about to witness a large graviton explosion, Mikoto tries to blow it away with her signature move, The Railgun, but fumbles and the bomb explodes, causing massive damage on the clothing botique. Hatsuya is shortly captured after the explosion.

In the manga, It is later discovered by Mikoto that Touma was the one who saved everyone with the use of his power, she confronts him about this near an exit of the mall, telling him that he could become a hero if he told people the truth, to which he replied that as long as everyone is safe, it does not matter who saves who and then walks away. In the anime, this scene appears in another location.

Seventh Mist is later referred by Mikoto as having a summer festival on the roof, and is interested in going to it only because of a Gekota related promotion.

Poltergeist IncidentsEdit

Mikoto, Kuroko, Kazari and Ruiko alongside the Tokiwadai Dorm Supervisor, go to a clothing botique in the mall to give her a make-over to prepare for a date.
