Robin Hood

Robin Hood, as seen in the anime

Robin Hood (ロビンフッド Robinfuddo?) is a magic-assisted ranged projectile weapon used by the Knights of England.[1] Most notably used during the British Halloween, it is designed to eliminate targets by firing arrows guided by magic, although it also has the capacity to launch unorthodox targets.

Etymology[]

The weapon is named after Robin Hood, a heroic outlaw from English folklore.

Appearance[]

The projectiles shot by Robin Hood consist of a streamlined arrowhead on a pole about 30cm long.[1]

Principles[]

Robin Hood is a long-distance sniping weapon, which possesses a fair amount of destructive power, enough to take a target's life should it hit.[1][2] The magical arrow is guided to its target by the knights' spells.[2]

The weapon was developed for military purposes by a unit serving under Princess Carissa.[1]

The Robin Hood spell is first mentioned by Laura Stuart during the Sky Bus 365 terrorist incident, intending to have the Knights of England use it against the terrorists in the event that Sky Bus 365 makes an emergency landing, as they have intended after manipulating the plane's fuel gauge.[3] However, it wasn't used as Laura's plans fall through, and moreover, the plane landed safely and the terrorists were already beaten.
