MEMBER is an Academy City-based organization. They answer directly to Academy City General Superintendent Aleister Crowley.^[1] The original goal of the organization isn't disclosed, though they seem to have been interested in stopping the two teams that are rebelling against Academy City: SCHOOL and BLOCK. By the end of Volume 15, the team is annihilated after the death of its leader and the defeat or incapacitation of the other operatives.
