LEVEL5-judgelight- is the second opening theme of the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime series. It was first introduced on the 15th episode replacing only my railgun and was used until the 24th episode (in initial TV airings, it is used until the 23rd episode). In the 24th episode, it was used as an insert song (in addition to OP theme in the BD versions).

The promotional video for "LEVEL5-judgelight-" is shot in a Western-style town and depicts fripSide as they leave a particular house to carry a piece of luggage to the town square. As they reach the destination, Yaginuma opens the luggage to see a man, played by the comedic performer Esper Itou, come out of the bag and perform several tricks.

It was composed and arranged by Satoshi Yaginuma and was sung by Yoshino Nanjo, under their band name fripSide. This was their second single release since the departure of the previous vocalist, it was released on February 17, 2010, an entire month after the broadcast of the 15th episode.
