Kirugumar (きるぐまー Kirugumā?) is a mascot found in merchandise in the Toaru Majutsu no Index universe, although, it is not as pervasively present as Gekota. Misaka Mikoto is a fan of the character.
Etymology
The name comes from the romanization of the English word "Kill" (きる), which is "Kiru", while ぐまー is the hiragana for the word "bear" (熊), which is read as "gumar". As such, the name of Kirugumar is translated as Kill Bear, probably referring to its appearance.
Appearance
The bear is a designed to be have an assortment of medical paraphernelia attached on its body, such as bandages and stitches. Most prominently, it has an eyepatch with eye drawn upon it.
Merchandise
Not as pervasive as the Gekota character, as so far, only a stuffed bear[1] and stationary set[2] has been shown in the Toaru Majutsu no Index universe.

Sisters Arc

The bear prays an important role during the Sisters Arc, after Mikoto collects documents regarding the Level 6 Shift and the facilities that are part of it, she hides them inside the stuffed bear Kirugumar she has when Shirai Kuroko rudely barges into their room.[3] It is later hidden by Mikoto under her bed.
Touma finds Kirugumar.
