Cypress Park (あすなろ公園 , Asunaro Garden ^?)is a Child Welfare Facility introduced in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime. It is an establishment located in district 13 of Academy City, and is dedicated to the welfare of it's Child Errors; Shigenomori Kazuko is the principal of Cypress Park, and alongside other volunteers, provide care and education for them. The establishment is fairly large, having it's own playground.

The Tokiwadai Dorm Supervisor walking into Cypress Park.

Misaka Mikoto and Shirai Kuroko stalk the Tokiwadai Dorm Supervisor, and discover that she is a volunteer there. They also discover that Uiharu Kazari and Saten Ruiko are there as well, after receiving bad grades in their last exam.

Here, they discover that the Dorm Supervisor is in love with one of the volunteers, Daigo, Kazari and Ruiko's teacher.A Poltergeist earthquake occurs during a birthday party for the children, due to the Dorm Supervisor's quick thinking and leadership, she was able to calm the children before any damage can be dealt. This event made Daigo admire her even more. The four of them do their best in setting her up for Daigo, they are nearly successful in their efforts, however they soon learn that Daigo is in love with Shigenomori Kazuko and is proposing to her, this breaks her heart, however, he supports his decision.

Cypress Park is later featured with Daigo and Kazuko alongside the children, looking at the blimp Kiyama Harumi's students presented for her birthday.
