This post has been hastily compiled in order to inform or remind users about certain procedures and practices which we carry out, following a number of times recently where users did not know or forgot about them, or disregarded them. These things accumulate and can cause major headaches, so I'd be obliged if people would follow the below reminders.
Apologies for any unintentional problems arising from hasty writing and annoyance.
When a new light novel volume is released in Japan, we do not begin article edits or image uploads for that volume right from the moment of release. Until the volume is fully processed, article edits and image uploads regarding newly released novel content are prohibited.

These are some loose notes, tasks and instructions concerning the Series Three Overhaul Project (STOP) and other recent stuff on the wiki, as of December 10th 2021.
Due to circumstances at present, both on and off the wiki, these notes will not be particularly well sorted for now. This time will also be a fairly rough and quick one.
Note: Souyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index Volume 5 has just been released and as per standard wiki protocol, article edits and image uploads involving GT5 story-related content are prohibited until the volume is fully processed. GT5 Plans
A small preview for has emerged and the volume itself will be released in early December. With a new light novel volume comes a fair amount of new information to be added to the wiki. As usual, article edits regarding newly released novel content are prohibited until the novel is fully translated.
However, there are a number of things which could do with discussion in the meantime. Desktop Transition Work (04/07/2021)
Following on from the post at the opt-in stage, following the implementation of FandomDesktop as the new default Desktop skin on June 29th, this post is meant to gather information on the remaining problems accompanying the transition, record any stuff that needs to be remembered, and assist our work in trying to sort out these issues, before Oasis is decommissioned.
Please describe any issues or problems present on the wiki with the new Desktop in the comment below, so they can be compiled and tackled.

- If decided upon, the sweep-based template raw data separation method which was used to get a page list in a form suitable for MassEdit can be used to get a list of files from the raw navbox data. Would not resolve the potential problem noted previously regarding users not changing or recording things properly when swapping images - need to think about a solution to that a bit more.
